The Account Director role

The agency wants to further build on its current success and is seeking an Account Director who gets brand strategy but who also enjoys getting stuck in.
The Account Director will be getting their hands on a challenger brand in an over-crowded sector that is constantly jockeying for position and jostling for standout. But it has a good budget to support its creative ambition and is willing to be a risk taker.
The account is UK based and the agency is leading the creative development so the Account Director will be handling an account that is all origination with an entrepreneurial feel and a quirky approach.
This is a very exciting time to be joining the account. The Account Director will be completely integrated from above the line (TV) through to social content.
The agency has a lot of get up and go and this energy is felt by their clients who are a feisty bunch with huge respect for the agency and who expect to have their views challenged.
The Account Director can expect to be given a lot of autonomy and the headroom to manage their own campaigns and to run their own meetings with senior clients. So the role would suit an Account Director who is happy to speak their mind and has the confidence to push back.
