Handling challenging clients successfully is about establishing agreed boundaries
Do your staff:
Find some stakeholders tricky to manage?
Feel the need to please clients?
Find it difficult to handle conflict comfortably?
Find it hard to think on their feet?
My emphasis is on reducing the negative impact of Imposter Syndrome, increasing resilience and developing well-being in the workplace.
I have over 20 years’ experience of talking daily to the heads of department and staff of large international advertising agencies and independent hotshops through my previous experience as a recruitment consultant. This has given me a unique insight into the dynamics of the advertising world and the relationship between client and agency.
I have seen first-hand how Imposter Syndrome seems to thrive in the advertising industry. I work with agencies to minimize its toxic effect on their employees. I use my expertise as a coach to build confidence when it comes to handling challenging clients and give staff the skills to think on their feet.
I am a certified Executive Coach from Henley Business School and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is the only globally recognized, independent coaching authority. In addition to extensive UK based experience, I have an excellent multicultural background having lived and worked in Central, Southern & Eastern Europe and Asia with experience of setting up new businesses and recruiting and leading large teams.
