It’s time to wake up and start appreciating millennials

There is a huge amount of talent in the advertising industry at the moment.

Yet I am hearing from so many bright Account Managers who are being pushed down because agencies don’t know how to channel the hunger, intelligence and creativity that they bring to the table.

I think agencies are feeling overwhelmed and out of step with the talent they have hired.

Instead of harnessing this energetic talent and channelling it back into the agency, they are trying to rein it in.
