This is defined as a fear of being “found out” or thought a fraud and can occur at key points in your career such as: applying for a leadership role, going for a promotion, joining a new company, the first 90 days in a new role, handling conflict and negotiating a pay rise.

In addition to extensive UK based experience, I have an excellent multicultural background having lived and worked in Southern & Eastern Europe and Asia with experience of setting up new businesses in Central and Eastern Europe and recruiting and leading large teams.

I have coached leaders of all levels from mid-level managers to managing directors in charge of multi-million-pound budgets across a broad range of industries.
